WEST TAYLOR, Pa. (Friday, Sept. 19) — West Taylor Volunteer Fire Company assisted the Chickaree Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club on Friday evening by watering their drag strip ahead of the club’s first race of the season.

Firefighters used the deck gun to spray about 1,800 gallons of water, an exercise that also served as training. Crews continued the training Saturday with additional deck gun operations.
