PATTON, Pa. (Monday, Sept. 8) — Members of Patton Fire Company No. 1 worked with staff and residents of Arotin's Hummingbird Estate on Monday night to conduct the facility’s annual fire drill and fire prevention training.

The event included a walk-through of the building, safety instruction for staff, and pre-planning with firefighters.

“While we hope to never have a call for service here, pre-planning with both our members and their staff prepares us all,” the department said in a statement.
