September 23, 2025 — Firefighters from the Shaker Road Loudonville Fire Department participated in live burn training at the Municipal Training Building (MTB) last night.
The exercise allowed members to practice fire suppression techniques under realistic conditions, enhancing their readiness for real-world emergencies. Live burns are a critical component of firefighter training, providing valuable experience in controlling flames, managing heat, and coordinating as a team in dynamic environments.
The department continues to emphasize ongoing training to ensure firefighters are fully prepared to protect the community when seconds count.
