September 21, 2025 — The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corp. (CHVFC) and Ravena Rescue Squad were on standby Sunday for the second day of racing at Echo Valley Motocross.
Riders began practice early in the morning, with official races kicking off at 10:00 a.m. Emergency crews, including CHVFC Rescue 6-40, UTV 6-50, Car 6-01, Car 6-02, and Ravena Rescue Squad units Car 58-02 and Ambulance 58-89, were staged on-site to provide immediate response if needed.
The partnership ensured that both racers and spectators had professional fire and EMS coverage throughout the high-energy event. Officials thanked Ravena Rescue for their continued support, as well as the CHVFC members who dedicate themselves 24/7 to protecting the community and assisting neighboring departments.
Community members interested in volunteering with CHVFC are encouraged to stop by the firehouse on Tuesday nights during weekly drills.
