TYRONE, Pa. (Friday, Sept. 19) — Neptune Fire Company members connected with fans at the Tyrone football game Friday night, inviting children to explore their truck and handing out fire company mascots known as Care Bears.
While at the game, firefighters were also dispatched to a vehicle crash with no injuries in the 700 block of West 15th Street. Engine 34 responded with six personnel, along with Rescue 33. Crews set up traffic control and managed hazards until the vehicles were removed from the roadway, then returned to the field for the rest of the game.
