READING, Pa. (Tuesday, Sept. 2) — Western Berks Fire Department’s Ladder 18 assisted city crews early Tuesday at a three-alarm apartment building fire, officials said.
The call came in around 1:38 a.m. Ladder 18 positioned on the Bravo side of the structure, while Exeter Township Volunteer Fire Department’s Engine 25 established a water supply.
Aerial master stream operations were conducted for several hours before the fire was brought under control.
