TOPTON, Pa. (Sunday, Sept. 21) — Three members of the Topton Fire Company No. 1 participated Sunday morning in Pump II practical training alongside Kutztown Fire & Rescue.
The course focused on advanced pumping operations and fireground calculations, officials said.
