MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. (Friday, Sept. 12) — Firefighters from Stowe Township responded Friday afternoon to a reported house fire in McKees Rocks, which turned out to be a small blaze in an abandoned storefront.
The call came in at 3:33 p.m. An engine staffed with three firefighters arrived within four minutes of dispatch, assumed the first-due engine assignment and extinguished the fire.
