Winona Lake FD responded to a PDAA MVA on Interstate 84 westbound milemarker 36.7 on September 22nd. One vehicle was in medium and one was up against
guardrail. Both drivers refused medical treatment.. No need for Fire Department. New York State Police invesigating the cause.
