LIBERTY BOROUGH, Pa. (Saturday, Sept. 20) — Firefighters and police in Liberty Borough helped slow traffic on Washington Boulevard on Saturday morning while South Allegheny High School National Honor Society students picked up trash along the roadway.
The cleanup was part of a community effort to support students giving back to the borough, officials said.
