Garage fire New Port Richey

September 10th, Pasco Fire & Rescue were dispatched for a structure fire. On arrival heavy smoke was coming from the garage area of a single family dwelling. Engine 14 first due stretched a line and had the next company in get a saw and get the garage door opened. The auto inside and the garage contents appear to be a complete loss. On the initial call Engines 14 21 3 30 Ladder 18 19 and Ladder 2 with the Rescue and Truck 1 on the working fire. The was contained rather quickly as firefighters checked for extension into the dwelling.
