FDNY Paramedic Carlos Lillo Remembered

Friday evening, family, friends, and colleagues of FDNY Paramedic Carlos Lillo held a Memorial at the Park named after him. They honored his Memory and his ultimate sacrifice in service to all New Yorkers.
