September 7, 2025 — Members of the South Foster Volunteer Fire Company, joined by crews from Moosup Valley and Foster Center, spent the day conducting forcible entry training to strengthen their operational readiness.
Training focused on conventional entry techniques, residential structure access, and cutting through metal bulkhead and overhead doors.
“This type of hands-on training ensures our team is ready to meet the challenges we face on the fireground,” the department said. “We are proud of the hard work and dedication everyone showed today.”
