September 5, 2025 — The East Hartford Fire Department proudly announced that Recruit Michael Cassin graduated today from Hartford Fire Department Recruit Class #30.
Over the past 16 weeks, Firefighter Cassin trained alongside 24 new Hartford Fire Department members, learning the critical skills required to respond to a wide range of emergencies. As part of the program, the recruits earned multiple state certifications.
The East Hartford Fire Department extended its gratitude to the Hartford Fire Department for providing high-quality training to prepare Cassin for service to the citizens of East Hartford.
“Congratulations to Probationary Firefighter Cassin and all the graduates of Class #30,” the department stated. “Welcome to the East Hartford Fire Department family.”
