NEWBURGH, NY - Newburgh FD responded to a six-vehicle MVA with injuries and entrapment at 375 Broadway on September 13th. City of Newburgh Police and Empress EMS were at the scene. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to extricate the driver from one vehicle. Empress EMS transported one subject to Montefiore-St. Luke's Hospital. New York State Police diverted traffic south onto Lake Street during the incident. City of Newburgh Police are investigating the cause.
