New York City (NY) Today, the 911 Walk of Remembrance was held honoring FDNY Chaplin Mychal Judge. The Father Mychal Judge 9/11 Walk of Remembrance is held annually to honor the memory of those lost on September 11, 2001. The walk traces the footsteps of Father Mychal Judge in the spirit of prayer and remembrance. Along with Judge, NYPD Detective Steven McDonald is also Honored. Det. First Grade Steven D. McDonald is probably the most widely known member of the New York City Police Department since its founding in 1845. He spent more than three decades extolling forgiveness and reconciliation in the wake of having been paralyzed as a young Officer with only two years the job. Among those on hand were FDNY Commissioner Tucker, Pati Ann McDonald, widow of Steven MacDonald and FDNY Manhattan Borough Commander Brian Gorman
