ALBION, ME — August 10 — Albion Fire-Rescue was called to Winslow Road around 2:45 p.m.on Monday due to a reported truck fire.Upon arrival within four minutes, firefighters discovered two trucks and a trailer on fire near a house.

Firefighters swiftly took action to control the fire and stop it from spreading to the nearby residence.

The response included Engine 1, Engine 3, Tank 4, and Rescue 2, with a total of 11 firefighters involved.

The fire department utilized its fire suppression and water supply resources during the incident.

Albion Fire-Rescue is an all-volunteer agency that offers fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and public education within the community.According to department information, there were more than 40 volunteers, and regular training is conducted to keep operational skills up to date.

The fire resulted in damage to the two trucks and the trailer.
