At 6:12 PM in the evening, Litchfield Fire, assisted by Hudson Engine and Ladder, responded to a reported mobile home fire at 4 Robin Court. Upon arrival, Hudson C3 and Litchfield C1 found nothing showing.

Investigation revealed that a problem with a water line under the structure had come into contact with electrical equipment, causing a small flash fire. The resident was able to extinguish the fire with a portable extinguisher before crews arrived.

Hudson units, along with Litchfield Engine 1, performed a thorough check of the home to ensure the fire was fully out and the residence was safe for the family to return. Power to the affected area was isolated as a precaution.
