PARIS, Maine (Sept. 3, 2025) — Firefighters from Paris and a neighboring department held a joint extrication training session Wednesday night to practice rescue skills and strengthen teamwork.

Crews worked side by side on vehicle rescue scenarios, focusing on techniques to improve safety and readiness for emergencies.

Fire officials said the training allowed members to learn from one another and build stronger cooperation between departments.
