Clarendon firefighters hold pump training, maintain hydrants

CLARENDON, Vt. (Aug. 26, 2025) — Members of the Clarendon Fire Association held pump training Tuesday night while also flushing three dry hydrants and checking pond water levels.
Officials noted that all the water used during the training was returned to the ponds.
The drills help members stay prepared for emergencies and ensure equipment and water sources are ready when needed.
