Chelsea, ME - Chelsea Fire Department units responded to the area of Outlet Road and Eastern Avenue in Chelsea, Maine, for a reported brush fire.

On 23 August, Tank 6, Forestry 5, Car 1, and Car 3 were dispatched and initiated rapid suppression efforts upon arrival. Crews worked to contain the fire within the involved brush area, preventing extension into surrounding vegetation and nearby exposures.

Firefighters conducted thorough mop-up operations, ensuring all hot spots were fully extinguished and the area was rendered safe before clearing the scene. The cordinated response allowed for quick knockdown and effective containment of the incident.
