In the midst of Lanesborough Day, the Fire Department was called to Pontoosuc Lake to assist the Police Department and Ambulance with a water rescue. Thanks to seamless coordination and precise dispatching by Berkshire Control, the incident was handled swiftly through outstanding teamwork among all agencies.
