Thursday, 28 August 2025 – Members of the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company #1 participated in a joint vehicle extrication training exercise alongside the South Brunswick Fire Department and Chief Scott Smith of the Monmouth Junction Fire Department.

The training covered a wide range of extrication skills, including cribbing, cutting, spreading, airbag awareness, and advanced techniques for safely and efficiently removing patients from vehicles. Exercises like these ensure firefighters are prepared to respond quickly and effectively during serious motor vehicle accidents.

As always, the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company offers training free of charge to its members. Those interested in joining the team are encouraged to email info@kingstonfireco.com for more information.
