Quick Knockdown: South Hackensack Crews Extinguish Truck Fire on Empire Boulevard

At 8:54 PM, South Hackensack Fire Department was dispatched to the rear of 21 Empire Boulevard for a reported truck fire. Car 400 arrived and confirmed a working fire. Engine 403 quickly established a water supply and stretched the first attack line, with Engine 401’s crew arriving shortly after to deploy a second line.

Thanks to a fast and coordinated response, the fire was brought under control within minutes. All units cleared the scene and returned to service by 10:10 PM.
