Tonight’s drill focused on one of the most critical aspects of our job — rescuing our own. Members trained extensively on Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) operations, reviewing essential tools, equipment, and team functions. The training included hands-on rescue techniques and multiple realistic evolutions that challenged firefighters to think fast, work together, and put their skills to the test under pressure.

Every scenario reinforced the importance of preparedness, teamwork, and confidence when it matters most — ensuring that if the call ever comes, our firefighters are ready to protect not only the community but also each other.
