Mastic beach handles lunchtime MVA with Injuries

Mastic Beach, N.Y.- At about 12:50 PM the Suffolk County Police were alerted to a vehicle crash with possible injuries at Elm Rd. East and woodland Dr. officers from the 7th Precinct responded and shortly after the Mastic beach FD and Ambulance company were also dispatched to the scene.
Mastic Beach FD responded with rescue 5-13-4 and Ladder 5-13-1. No one was trapped. Fire crews secured all the vehicles and took care of fluids and debris. Mastic Beach ambulance responded with a chief and 2 ambulances. All injured parties were treated and transported to a local hospital. No serious injuries occurred.
