Accident With Injuries And Fire In Lower Macungie Township

On August 26th at 10:40 a.m., Macungie EMS and the Lower Macungie Fire Department were dispatched for an accident with injuries and fire at Route 222 and Kressler Road in Lower Macungie Township. Crews arrived on the scene and found a vehicle in the roadway on fire and another vehicle that had left the roadway. The crew from Squirt 81 stretched a handline and secured the vehicles.
