In the afternoon around 01:42 pm on 12 August 2025, station 12-4 was deployed to Estelle Manor for a landing zone assignment following a motor vehicle crash with serious injuries on Tuckahoe Road.

Engine 1241 arrived on scene and, under the direction of Assistant Chief 12401, established a landing zone for medical evacuation. Once the helicopter operations were completed, Engine 1241 was reassigned to assist with traffic control, remaining on location for roughly an hour before returning to quarters.
