Chief 61, Chief 62, Engine 2, and Squad 2 were dispatched to Little Ferry for a significant fire involving multiple vehicles on Route 46 West. Upon arrival, crews encountered heavy fire conditions with extension to a nearby structure. Firefighters worked quickly alongside Little Ferry and mutual aid companies to bring the incident under control, extinguishing the vehicles and stopping the fire from causing additional damage.

While operating at that scene, the department was simultaneously dispatched to Teterboro for a report of smoke inside the Panera Bread. With units committed in Little Ferry, the Wood-Ridge Fire Department and Carlstadt Fire Department responded, providing immediate assistance in handling the Teterboro incident.

These back-to-back responses highlight the importance of teamwork and mutual aid. The department thanks all assisting agencies for their support and quick action.
