Friday, 8 August 2025, at 2:21 PM – While returning from a fire alarm in Hightstown, Engine 42 was dispatched on mutual aid to Old Trenton Road in West Windsor for a reported car fire to assist Station 43.
Upon arrival, crews found a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident with both cars on fire. Firefighters from Engine 42, Engine 43, and Rescue 42 worked quickly to extinguish the blaze.
Station 42 Fire Police provided traffic control at the scene to ensure the safety of emergency personnel and motorists.
The coordinated effort brought the incident under control, and the scene was cleared without further hazards.
