On August 14, Independent Fire Company #1 held pump training under the best possible circumstances — a hot summer day where the drill doubled as a community event.
Firefighters practiced critical pump operations and water flow management while children from the neighborhood enjoyed the spray, turning the training into an impromptu water day.
