Windham, N.H. — July 23 — A reported fire involving shrubs and the siding of a two-and-a-half-story wood-frame home prompted the Windham Fire Department and Emergency Management to arrive at 15 Burnham Road. Before firefighters came, the homeowner thought the fire had been put out. When Car-1, Engine-2, and Tanker-1 arrived, Chief McPherson saw occupants outside and obvious fire damage.

To look for an active fire and any potential extensions both inside and outside the house, firefighters employed a thermal imaging camera. There was no more fire discovered. Before departing the location, crews finished their investigation and made sure the area was clear.
