Chester Fire Responded to ATV Rollover

Chester, MA. — July 27 — An ATV rollover that necessitated an air medical response was handled by the Chester Volunteer Fire Department. While a Life Star helicopter was called for to transport patients, firefighters collaborated with other emergency personnel on the spot. Berkshire Control, Becket Ambulance, Northampton Control, the Hilltown Community Ambulance Association, and the Massachusetts State Police were also involved in the reaction.
In addition to managing the scene and coordinating transportation resources, crews collaborated to offer medical care. Several agencies were needed to support the reaction to the disaster. While the situation was being handled, Chester firemen were still available for more calls. No other details on the patient's condition were disclosed.
