North Walpole Crews Provided Mutual Aid in Rockingham

This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

North Walpole, N.H. — August 8 — In response to an attic fire on Cambridgeport Road, North Walpole Fire & Rescue Department Engine 2 provided mutual aid to Rockingham firefighters on Saturday. While firemen searched for and contained the fire, Engine 2 supplied more workers and equipment. The reaction illustrated how mutual aid can help adjacent departments get the resources they need in the event of a structural fire.

In the event of an emergency, North Walpole Fire & Rescue frequently collaborates with neighboring organizations. When more resources are required, departments can share personnel, equipment, and operational assistance thanks to mutual-aid agreements. The response was finished without reporting any more information.
