Bordentown Fire District 2 Provided Mutual Aid

Bordentown, N.J. — July 19 — Early in the morning, Bordentown Fire District 2 responded to a reported house fire in Mansfield by providing mutual aid. Chief 3220 and Engine 3223 from A Shift arrived to help local personnel with fireground operations. During the response, firefighters from several departments collaborated. There were no reported injuries, and every occupant was present.


Operating out of its station on Crosswicks Road, Bordentown Fire District 2 offers mutual aid assistance and fire protection in the neighborhood. The Mansfield operation received additional staff and equipment as a result of the department's response. Once the situation was under control, crews finished their tasks and went back into service.
