WALTHAM, MA - The Waltham FD promoted Randy Mullin from Deputy Chief to Chief of Department on August 1st. Randy joined the department in 1999 and replaced Chief Tom Macinnis. Randy was a graduate of many programs, including National Fire Executive Fire Officer Training and the Chief Officer Management Training Program. He was sworn in at Waltham City Hall. "I have a sense of helping people, that is what the whole mission is,” noted Randy.
