Ellijay, GA - The Gilmer County Fire Rescue responded with Engine 1 and Squad 14 to a report of a vehicle down an embankment in the Coosawatee area.

Upon arrival, crews found an elderly driver still inside the vehicle, which had slid down the hillside. Firefighters quickly assessed the situation and utilized technical rescue techniques to stabilize and anchor the vehicle to Engine 1, ensuring a safe working environment.
