Brooksville, FL - The Hernando County Fire Rescue handled multiple incidents across the county during storm conditions, including a vehicle accident at the intersection of Mariner Boulevard and Monarch Street.

Engine 6 and Rescue 13 arrived to find a vehicle that had been accidentally driven into a retention ditch, with two occupants trapped inside prior to their arrival. Crews quickly assessed the situation and safely removed both individuals from the vehicle.

No injuries were reported, and firefighters continued operations while managing storm-related responses throughout the area.
