Pasco County Fire (Hudson) was dispatched on September 1st for some kind of fire call. Engine 10 first due discovered a pile of brush/debris burning within a fenced in area of a small commercial building. Smoke was drifting across US 19 on there arrival. The owners of the property who were on scene wouldn't allow Firefighters to access the area. Pasco Sheriffs arrived on scene to try to rectify the issue. Battalion 1 had to call the Fire Investigator to the scene where once he arrived, he was allowed access to find out what exactly was burning. Overheard they have had this issue before with the same owners.
