Allamuchy, N.J. — July 17 — The Allamuchy Fire Department and the Allamuchy-Green First Aid Squad responded to a rollover car accident on Interstate 80 westbound close to mile marker 19.6. Heavy Rescue 91-75, Rescue 91-74, Assistant Chief 91, and two basic life support units arrived at the scene. While coordinating traffic safety, firefighters steadied the car, secured the area, and helped EMS staff treat patients.

Thankfully, no serious injuries were recorded. All responding units cleared the area once they had finished mitigating the hazards and made sure the road was safe. One of the department's busiest emergency response corridors is still Interstate 80.
