MUNHALL, Pa. — July 3 — On Friday night, a reported car accident prompted the Munhall Central Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, Inc., located at 1900 West St., to send out their rescue engine. Along with EMS and police enforcement, firefighters arrived to secure the area, evaluate potential threats, and help with medical care as needed. Crews stabilized the area of the incident, assessed the involved vehicles for gasoline leaks, and assisted with traffic management until the road was safe.

Firefighters went back to work after the cars were removed and the situation was given to the proper authorities. The department's continued dedication to coordinated emergency operations across the Munhall community was demonstrated by the reaction.
