Second-Alarm Commercial Fire Draws Multi-Agency Response in Munhall

Munhall, PA - The Munhall Central Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company, Inc. responded alongside other Munhall departments and surrounding mutual aid companies to a commercial structure fire at the Best of the Batch Foundation on West Street. Crews assisted with fire suppression efforts and a range of operational tasks during the incident.
All occupants were confirmed to have exited the building safely. The incident was escalated to a second alarm due to fire conditions and operational demands. Unit 201 remained on scene for an extended duration, operating with eight members before clearing.
Support was provided by Vigilant Hose Company No. 1 of Port Vue, which maintained area coverage with a standby crew while units were committed to the incident.
