FALL RIVER, MA - On July 18th at 12:30 P.M., Fall River Engine 4, Ladder 2 and Heavy Rescue 1 were dispatched to 35 Oman Street for a report of a car into a house. When firefighters arrived on scene the single uninjured occupant had self-extricated from the vehicle that was still in drive and had sailed over the front porch and into the home. Members began securing the vehicle and searching the house for any occupants and to assess damage to the structure. There were no injuries and command called for the building inspector to determine the structural damage.
