Brooklawn, NJ - Brooklawn Fire Company, alongside mutual aid partners including the Brooklawn Police Department, responded as part of Task Force 344 to a reported dwelling fire during severe storm conditions. Gloucester City Battalion 5 arrived to find a two-story residence with no visible fire conditions from the exterior.

Further investigation by interior crews identified a smoke condition within the structure. A precautionary handline was deployed while firefighters conducted a thorough check of both the primary residence and the attached dwelling. Additional units assisted with searches and ensured no extension of fire was present, while a supply line was established and held in readiness.
