MERRIMACK, NH - On July 5th, Merrimack Fire Rescue crews operated at a well-involved RV fire on the turnpike, bringing the incident under control through coordinated suppression efforts. Following extinguishment, firefighters were able to recover several stuffed animals from the vehicle for a child, providing a small but meaningful moment amid the incident. The operation required a coordinated response, with crews working alongside New Hampshire State Police, Merrimack Police Department, New Hampshire Department of Transportation, and Kents Towing to safely clear the highway and restore traffic flow.
