Fall River, Ma. On Sunday the fourth of July, Fall River Fire Department Special Services, Emergency Management Agency set up a command post at the site of the Cities annual Independence Day celebration. The members set up portable lights and light towers to illuminate the area for people to safely move about. The leadership sat down with other Public Safety agencies to plan for an evacuation of the area if need be. The concert and fireworks display went off as planned with no incidents or arrests reported.
