On Sunday July 5th around 2:15 PM, Falmouth police and fire we dispatched to Central Avenue and Menahaught Road East Falmouth. Engine 25, Ambulance 37, Rescue 33 and the dive team responded for a report of a car in the water. Engine 25 arrived and found an elderly couple walking away form their car in Bourne Pond.. Engine 25 cancelled the rescue and dive team as neither party required medical attention. Two kayakers assisted the couple to shore.
