Wyckoff Firefighters Respond to Storm-Damaged Home on Patton Place

Members of the Wyckoff Volunteer Fire Department were called to Patton Place overnight on June 25th in response to reports that a tree had fallen onto a house during a storm.


According to officials, when firefighters arrived, they discovered that a tree's top was resting on the roof of the house, allowing rainwater to enter and harm light fixtures and ceilings. Crews performed salvage operations to assist prevent further water damage to the home's contents and secured the electrical service to remove any potential risks.
