PLATTEKILL, NY – On July 2, the Plattekill Fire Department responded to a report of smoke inside a residence at 11 Rivera Trail. Upon arrival, command requested a second alarm be sounded.
Cronomer Valley and Coldenham Fire Departments responded with a ladder truck and two engines. Additional units and manpower were requested from Wallkill, Highland, Modena, and Shawangunk. Central Hudson was called to cut power to the structure.
