Lynn, MA - Lynn Fire and Police responded to a report of a person who fell from a rock cliff near Stone Tower in Lynn Woods, sustaining lower extremity injuries.

Engine Co. 7 quickly deployed a UTV to access the remote area and, with help from dispatch, located the patient down a rocky slope. Additional crews responded to assist with patient care and extrication.

The patient was stabilized, then transported by UTV and carried through the woods to an awaiting ambulance, highlighting the challenges of remote rescue operations.
